I was impressed by the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with convenient ramps and handrails that made navigating the property much easier for me.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of organizing activities and outings suitable for senior people. While the children working there were polite and friendly, I would have liked them to provide more suggestions and recommendations tailored specifically to the needs and preferences of senior guests like myself.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The host was super helpful and responsive whenever we encountered any problems. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated with a Christmas tree and Nordic stars, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. Everything inside was pretty new, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the apartment was jaw-droppingly perfect, as it was very close to the city center. All the facilities were modern and incredibly comfortable, and we particularly loved the stunning balcony with its amazing view of the city and harbor. The owners went above and beyond by informing us about the northern lights outside, and we were able to witness this breathtaking spectacle from the comfort of the flat on our first night in Tromso. They were also incredibly flexible, allowing us to leave our luggage when we went camping for a night. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet still conveniently close to the city center, and we even had a parking place for our rental car. we had a fantastic experience and cannot fault anything about the flat or the service. We only wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amazing activities available, such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, snorkeling. The apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic and unforgettable stay.

What a fantastic weekend! The flat was amazing, with stunning views from the balcony. It was clean, spacious, and had all the modern facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even letting us leave our luggage when we went camping. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. And best of all, we were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the comfort of the flat on our first night in town. Highly recommend!

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but nothing that affected our overall experience. Two of the lamp bulbs didn't work in the living room, and the TV was a bit difficult to figure out.
